Overview

Established in Indianapolis, IN in 1979, Total Systems, Inc. has continued to be the leader in versatile and enterprise wide deployable applications.  Our client base ranges from the east coast to the west coast of the US and from Canada to Mexico. 

Our business is to provide high quality, performance based customer relationship management solutions.  People are more important than processes and technology.  The key to business success lies in our unique ability to provide and implement people, processes and technology in an integrated business environment.

Management

We have a solid management team with a focus on quality processes.

Managing Director, Tom Foltz, P.CRM, has laid a solid foundation for continued growth. Mr. Foltz brings over 25 years of software development and design experience in enterprise wide information management systems to Total Systems, Inc.  His former work experiences include working at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida with the United States National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA), Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Indianapolis, and Indiana Bell Telephone.  Additionally, Mr. Foltz developed the first exception based reporting performance analysis system for large IBM mainframes under IBM's MVS operating system.  He has presented papers to various computer organizations on improving computer performance and load balancing.

Mr. Foltz was the first Hoosier to obtain the distinguished Professional Customer Relationship Management certification from the AARM, or Associates for Advancing Relationship Management, found at www.aarm.org.

Mr. Foltz is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute in Technology in Terre Haute, IN.  He holds a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's of Science degree from Rose in Mathematics.
