Sage SalesLogix lets you decide which tools you prefer to use to manage your e-mail, calendar, and contacts, seamlessly transfers information from Outlook to Sage SalesLogix and vice-versa, and synchronizes automatically.

 

Outlook Integration for E-mail
Need help prioritizing your e-mail? Sage SalesLogix checks unread e-mail messages against the Sage SalesLogix database and “flags” e-mail from customers and prospects so you know which e-mail messages to respond to first. If one of those flagged messages is a literature request for example, you can insert the appropriate files from the Sage SalesLogix Library into your e-mail response in two simple clicks.

If you need to forward an e-mail or send a new e-mail to another Sage SalesLogix contact, with Outlook integration you can select contacts directly from your Sage SalesLogix database, even if the Sage SalesLogix application is closed.

When you're ready to send e-mail using Outlook, you can choose to automatically associate and archive it to the account history of a contact or account within Sage SalesLogix by simply clicking a button at the top of the e-mail.

 

Outlook Integration for Calendars:
Schedule appointments for Sage SalesLogix and non-Sage SalesLogix users alike by viewing any Outlook user’s "free/busy" schedule from within Sage SalesLogix!

When an Outlook meeting request is e-mailed to a list of proposed attendees, Outlook keeps track of who accepts and declines your invitation. If you're a Sage SalesLogix user, your Sage SalesLogix calendar is replicated and is automatically synchronized with your Outlook calendar. This means that with Outlook integration, a non-Sage SalesLogix user can schedule a meeting request for you that will appear within Sage SalesLogix.

 

Outlook Integration for Contacts:
Outlook integration now makes moving sharing contacts between Sage SalesLogix and Outlook easier than ever. Simply click “Add Contact to Outlook” and Sage SalesLogix will automatically transfer the relevant contact information from the contact record and populate an Outlook Contact form with it. It's equally easy to move contacts from Outlook into Sage SalesLogix as well.

 

Outlook Synchronization: Silent and Automatic
Synchronization runs automatically and silently eliminating the need to manually perform the task at regular intervals. You also can sync contacts, calendar items and tasks from Outlook to your mobile device of choice.
